"Our thanks to the friendly & efficient team at IFA Portals. We are a husband & wife brokerage, running our business from an office within our home. We get the majority of our clients through the internet by way of auction purchase along with referrals. All updating of the site regarding new legislation & improvements for clients are added automatically by the compliance team at Pink, keeping us in-line with FSA guidelines at all times without the fuss. I can pay a little extra & obtain mortgage calculators & interactive forms for client's to complete, however we can add this as we grow the business. I can also look to create links to our site via other websites to increase traffic flow in the future. It will always pay for itself, as any client these days needs assurance that for such an important commitment as a mortgage they are with a company that keeps up with technology & can be "seen" pre sign-up or a meeting. It only takes one client to not sign-up, as they were not satisfied with the lack of assurance, which on average would cover 5 years website costs. "
